The cruise general philosophy will allow participants to join or leave at various stages according to their other commitments. There will be numerous onshore encounters of the social kind, walks etc. Cruise planning collaboration and input will be actively encouraged.
There will be a daily VHF radio sked call at 0905 hrs on Ch 16 then switching to Ch 77 to cover cruise matters, and SV Pandora will have continuous mobile phone and email coverage in all but the expected “no coverage” areas.
Fuel and water will be an important consideration for those with small tankage. Fuel is largely only available at local servo’s by container, but can be purchased at Triabunna wharf if access is available. Water is available at Triabunna wharf and Coles Bay jetties, or by container at limited other venues. An extended hose (approx. 45m) is required for use at Coles Bay Public Jetty, Pandora will carry one for participants to use.
Weather as always will determine the cruise travelling and destination agenda.
