Looking for a great opportunity to get together with others on the water?

Why not join us for a trip up the Huon River on the Show Day weekend Thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th October?

Our first stop will be Port Cygnet Sailing Club for a social evening. No need to worry about cooking dinner, the club has arranged for Dough Boys pizza van and the bar to be open for business.
A good chance to meet members of the PCSC, some of whom might continue on the cruise with us.

We will head to Franklin on Friday.

On Saturday morning club members will have the opportunity to use 2 of the St Ayles Rowing Skiffs from the Living Boat Trust at a cost of $5 pp. Available from 9.30 - 1.30pm
If you fancy a quiet row over to Egg Island or maybe a race along the river for those who would like a bit more excitement, the option is there.

On Saturday afternoon we have been invited to the studio of Linda Chee a local artist who teaches eco dyeing. Linda has kindly offered her studio for us to visit, and Mary Perkins will have a table set up for us to make some cancer council hearts as well. The studio is in Franklin and transport to/from will be provided. See Linda’s website here:

The Living Boat Trust will prepare a delicious meal for us on Saturday night in the shed amongst the sawdust. The cost for this meal will be $36 pp payable in cash on the night. NUMBERS for this dinner must be in by Tuesday 20th October along with any dietary requirements.

The trek home will commence on Sunday.

NO boat or not able to bring your boat, join us by road!
If anyone would like to travel by road to join us for dinner at PCSC and/or the Living Boat Trust in Franklin, you would be most welcome but please let Cruise Contact Catrina Boon on 0417439269 for catering purposes.
